The Lincoln Children's Zoo

Over the weekend, Mom and Dad treated all their grandchildren to a day at the zoo. Kasey, Jes and I tagged along for the day while Shannon was at his brother Shane's football game and Rob was in Vietnam. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day of - what I like to call - "sweatshirt weather", lunch in a food court (where everyone is happy), and minimally interrupted shopping as Dad and Kasey took the three big girls home so Mom, Jes and I could focus on finding good deals!

Ready to go!

A Reindeer!

Ella and Lola....so excited!

This was Lola's favorite goat. She told me that he really liked her!

Ella was the only brave cowgirl of the bunch.

The most anticipated exhibit: The Kangaroo!

(Hopping like kangaroos!)

Grandma and Lena

Papa and Lena (she spent very little time in her stroller).

Oddly enough....the camels were my favorite!

The crooked house.....

Liv's favorite!

Kase and Cal hanging out with the strollers!

I think we could have rode on the train all day. It was so relaxing!

Thank you Papa and Grandma!
